Founded in 2019, WWMG is an all-women motorcycle group dedicated to our passion for riding motorcycles, cultivating confidence through riding safely on the open road and SISTERHOOD. Please take the time to read the Release and Indemnification before participating in the Movement to fully understand your responsibilities of our Programs we offer. This signifies acknowledgement of your active support of the goals and purposes of the Movement and to abide by the information in these documents. 

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION  

 I, the undersigned, do hereby waive and release, Women of Worth Moto Group, its Leadership, Crusaders and event workers of said organization (collectively known as Women of Worth Moto Group) from any and all rights and claims for damages which may relate to my involvement in the Mentorship/Sponsorship Program. I understand that I am releasing Women of Worth Moto Group from simple negligence only and not from willful or wanton misconduct. As an owner operator of my own motorcycle I also agree that my motorcycle is fully inspected and insured under the guidelines of the law. As i am participating under my own free will. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I understand that motorcycle events, campouts, outdoor events, and using a motorcycle on public highways involve some inherent risk and that it is my responsibility to determine whether it is safe and appropriate for me to participate in any event. I further understand that there is no warranty, implied or otherwise, that the highway conditions, weather, conditions of the property, and other participants are free of defects or are suitable or safe for an event and that it is my duty to provide for my own safety. Accordingly, I expressly assume all risks involved in this activity. INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to assume all responsibility for, and to indemnify, defend, and save harmless Women of Worth from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, claims, demands, loss, damages, destruction, injury, or death which may occur or result from my involvement in any event. PERSONS AFFECTED: I MAKE THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION on behalf of personal representatives, my heirs, assigns, estate, and myself. Whenever the name “Women of Worth Moto Group” is used, it is my intention that said name shall be construed to include the Officers and members of Women of Worth Moto Group and all persons acting in concert with Women of Worth Moto Group in connection with any event. ALL PARTICIPANTS: I stipulate that my being allowed to participate in an event is full and adequate consideration, which binds me to the provisions of the RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION. Furthermore, my being allowed to participate constitutes an acceptance of this document by me and by Women of Worth Moto Group. I have read the above statements. No other representations (oral or otherwise) have been made apart from this document altering its meaning. Unless otherwise indicated, I certify that I am eighteen years of age.
