LEVEL ONE CRUSADER

The Empire Enrollment Program better known (EEP) is designed to build the Movement of encouragement from the open road. What a way to challenge yourself to ride across the states with a unique group of women at WWMG. All potential members start at level one.

Qualifications 

• Must have a motorcycle endorsement
• Insurance, inspection, registration 

                   (in accordance to your state law)

• Must be over the age of 21
• Must have 1,500 miles of recent seat time before application is submitted (within one year, based on integrity)
• Must have a Facebook account
• Must be a female rider
• Must have an email account
• 2 motorcycle references

HOW IT WORKS

This program will support you to create a culture with like-minded women to partner up with and add miles under your seat.

• Complete the EEP Form below and write a brief essay of why you want to become a Crusader and what you intend to bring to the group. 
• Submit 2 motorcycle references
• Submit your FB account link
• Review expectations and all releases including Bylaws

Once your information is received it will be considered as a pending status. This will take about 7 days to process. You will then receive conformation of your membership through email. Once accepted to level one, we will include a link to complete the final  application process. This will included a one time entry fee of $200.00 for a lifetime membership. This entry level position will include your level one patches, connection to group chats, resources, access to the Road Renegade interviews including virtual support with the Founder. Once you have made it through this process the following expectations will begin on your entry date to the Movement. 

Expectations

• Must add an additional 1,500 miles within one year regardless of geographical location.
• Refer one applicant through the Empire Enrollment Program
• Ride to a Crusader sister across the states with your applicant from the EEP 
• Be positive and carry the message of empowerment

The Apprenticeship Program is designed for our Level Two Crusaders who have paved the road with hundreds of miles under their seat. These women empower others by building her tribe through representation with promoting the Movement from the open road. At this level, she continues to inspire and connect Crusaders with one another, on a more powerful level. 

HOW IT WORKS

Once you have submitted your mileage credentials, your information will be processed and recorded to get you to the next level of empowerment. You will receive your level two patch to support your achievements from the open road.  In addition to this level of the Movement, WWMG will pay it forward to you, the entrepreneur, by highlighting your passion for business in our "Women in Business" segment on our website. We connect others to you with a direct link to your business. 

Expectations

• Must add an additional 2,000 miles within one year regardless of geographical location.
• Refer two women riders to the Empire Enrollment Program.
• Ride with your tribe of Crusaders across the states.
• Be a influencer through social media 
• Be positive and carry the message of empowerment 
• Document your tribes journey on social media venues.

This level helps you enlighten others as a social media influencer to carry the message of empowerment. WWMG encourages you to build your motorcycle capital by posting your experiences from the open road to empower others through your social media accounts, while tagging WWMG, we will be able to measure your progress and promote your success. At this level of achievement, we will highlight your accomplishments with a one on one showcase interview to be featured with our Road Renegade Series.

If you are here at this stage of empowerment, CONGRADULATIONS! You made it to the highest level from the open road. The Mentorship Program is designed for our Level Three Crusaders who have rolled across the states with a legacy of empowerment. This program is designed to mentor your tribe with your experience, strength and hope. This will include a one on one mentoring session and a trip on the open road. with the founder.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you have submitted your mileage credentials, your information will be processed and recorded to get you to the next level of empowerment. One lucky  Level Three Three Crusader will win an in person meeting with the Founder herself and be awarded your Level Three patch. This will also include a one on one mentoring session and a trip on the open road to support your achievements from the open road. (for new Crusaders Only) This program continues to support you with creating this culture of like-minded women and partner up with others on the open road. 

Expectations

• Travel to meet your Mentee
• Mentor one Crusader from Level Two
• Continue to encourage women riders to the Empire Enrollment Program.
• Continue to ride with your tribe of Crusaders across the states.
• Continue to maintain your status as an influencer through social media 
• Be positive and carry the message of empowerment.

This level helps you maintain your position as an Ambassador of WWMG and the Movement will continue to encourage and support you with building your empire of motorcycle capital.  WWMG will continue to highlight your accomplishments  through the Road Renegade Series.
